ADEKUNLE FALADE
Adekunle Falade is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of experience in financial management, strategy, and leadership. He possesses exceptional expertise in board advisory, tax strategy, providing expert guidance to organizations on governance, risk management, and tax optimization, with proven track record of delivering strategic solutions to complex business challenges.
He holds a Master of Business Administration, and he is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).
He had his accounting training at Babatunde Sanni & Co. (Chartered Accountants) and later worked in the following reputable organizations: Gehirm & Haltung Consulting, International Health Management Services Ltd and Health Partners Ltd. He currently serves as one of the leaders in the health insurance industry in Nigeria and provides leading role for Chancellors Consulting in the areas of board advisory, tax and management consultancy for array of corporate and individual clients.
He has track records of piloting start-up operations from zero-client to significant growth in clients base and revenue; initiating and managing long-term loans for assets acquisition and business sustainability; managing billion-dollars budget with full profit or loss responsibility; executing and managing multiple projects with turnaround mandates.


Bosede Falade
Bosede Falade is an accomplished educationist with over 20 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, training, and entrepreneurship initiatives. Combining a strong academic background in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management with a passion for education and capacity building. She has successfully impacted numerous lives, inspiring and empowering individuals to reach their full potential through innovative teaching methods and strategic educational and capacity building programs.
She holds Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Education. She is a Certified Educationist with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN). She is the Executive Director of Chancellors Educational Services (Owners of Chancellors Nursery, Primary, and College).
Akindayo Ajiteru
Akindayo Ajiteru is a distinguished healthcare financing and business leader with over two decades of extensive experience in the Nigerian healthcare financing and managed healthcare industry. With a strong educational background, including a MSc in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos. Akindayo has cultivated a robust foundation for his career.
He holds an Executive Diploma in International Healthcare Administration and he is a Fellow of the Institute for Healthcare Finance and Management. Additionally, he is recognized as an Associate of the Institute of Cost Managers of Nigeria and is a valued graduate member of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations. His commitment to professional development is further evidenced by his participation in the Sales and Marketing Leadership Programme at the Lagos Business School. Throughout his career across eight leading health maintenance organizations, Akindayo has successfully navigated senior management and leadership roles for over 13 years, rising to the position of General Manager/Chief Operating Officer for two national HMOs.
He has led dynamic multidisciplinary teams to successfully engineer transformation in the core areas of Managed Care Operations and Management, Strategic Planning, and Business Innovation and Development. His proficiency in People Management, along with his skills in Stakeholder and Regulatory Affairs Management, positions him as a visionary in healthcare financing. Currently, as Founder/CEO, he leads a start-up media organization that is focused on driving greater awareness for and collaboration within the Nigerian health insurance industry. The organization that publishes The Pioneer Health Insurance Today Magazine.


Olubukola Ogunjobi
Olubukola Ogunjobi is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience that span through accounting, financial management, tax management, strategy, corporate reporting and advisory.
She graduated from Ondo State Polytechnic, Owo, Ondo State with Higher National Diploma in Accounting and she is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA). She has passion for training and mentoring young accountants into becoming successful professional accountants and mentoring teenagers and youth on successful career choice. She is resilient, purpose-driven and a goal getter that has grown within the ranks.
She currently serves as Manager, Finance and Accounts in one of the Nigeria’s leading Health Maintenance Organization.
Comely Simeon Akwuobu
Comely Akwuobu Simeon is a seasoned Finance professional with over 20 years expertise in Accounting, Financial Management, and administrative leadership across various industries, including healthcare, fashion, and non-profit sectors. Skilled in financial analysis, budgeting, payroll management, compliance, and strategic planning, consistently enhancing operational efficiency and supporting informed decision-making.
In her current role at CHELD, Comely leads finance operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, payroll management, and adherence to statutory requirements. She oversees budget preparation, monitors donor project budgets, and coordinates logistics and travel arrangements, contributing significantly to organizational goals. Previously, at Chartered Risk Management Institute (CRMI), she headed the finance and administration department, where she was involved in preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing investments and providing strategic financial advice.
Comely holds a National Diploma in Computer Science and Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA).


Francis Olorunyomi
Francis Olorunyomi is a seasoned management consultant with expertise in strategy development and execution, operational efficiency, talent development, performance management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and change management. Over the years, he has contributed immensely to driving business growth through innovative leadership and strategic solutions.
On the strength of his academic background in Business Administration and Management, he has demonstrated strong competence in designing impactful human capital strategies that enhance organizational advancement. He is a member of the Institute of Professional Administrators and Managers (MIPAM), a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria (FIMC).
